The villa is located just 200 meters from the beach of Cala Anguila with private pool and garden.
The house is distributed on one floor and consists of living room with access to the veranda and pool, small kitchen, three bedrooms, the master (with double bed) with private bathroom and the other two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with a pull-out bed) share bathroom Equipped with hot and cold air conditioning in the bedrooms, satellite and Wi-Fi Internet.
Outside, a large pool of 64 sqm, surrounded by a lawned garden, barbecue area, covered and outdoor parking. Just 100 meters from a restaurant, 200 meters from the beach and for shopping, more shops and restaurants, Porto Cristo, is only a few minutes by car (3 km).
Highly recommended to visit the caves of Drach (Coves del Drac) only 2.4 km from the house.
If you are in the area and would like to play tennis, you can visit Rafa Nadal Museum Xperience (12 km) in Manacor in 15 minutes by car.
The surrounding beaches: Cala Anguila, Cala Mandia, Cala Romantica, Cala Magrana, Cala Varques, Cala Morlanda, Cales de Mallorca, etc.
